Lakebound Life products are made to order, which means each item is produced after your order is placed. This helps us offer thoughtful designs without overproducing inventory.

Processing time

Production time can vary by product, season, order volume, and fulfillment partner. You’ll see available shipping information during checkout, and tracking will be shared when your order ships.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after your item has finished production and has been handed off to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we’ll always do our best to keep the experience clear and easy.

Multiple shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one package, especially when items are produced by different fulfillment partners or at different facilities.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We’ll try to help before production or shipment begins, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.

Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, your building office, or your local carrier. If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll help you review the next best step.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

Carrier delays can happen, especially during busy seasons or weather events. If a package appears lost, significantly delayed, or returned to sender, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation.
