Return & Refund Policy

We want every Lakebound Life order to feel easy, thoughtful, and worth looking forward to. Because our products are made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, style preference, or change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

When to contact us

Please reach out if:

  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • The print quality is clearly defective or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong item, size, color, or design.
  • Your order appears to be lost in transit.

What to include

To help us resolve things quickly, please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

Made-to-order items

Each item is created after you place your order. For that reason, we cannot accept returns for ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, duplicate orders, buyer’s remorse, or delivery delays outside our control.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before production begins, but once an order is in production, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Our promise

If we made a mistake, we’ll own it. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll help find the right solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
