Return Policy
At VibePrint Studios, every item is made especially for you. We want you to love your order, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Mystery bundles
- Limited edition or limited drop products
- International orders
Personalized products include any item customized specifically for the customer, including names, photos, custom text, or special design requests.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label (for shipping damage claims)
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit
For approved defective or incorrect item claims, we will provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original eligible item according to this policy.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.
If an international order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Customs fees, duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders include shipment tracking.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
VibePrint Studios is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos, if applicable
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned package is received and inspected, we may issue a refund for eligible items minus any applicable shipping and handling costs.
Personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for refund if delivery is refused.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout,
- failed delivery attempts,
- or the package being unclaimed,
the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for eligible items minus original shipping costs and any return shipping or carrier fees incurred.
Personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for refund if returned to sender due to address or delivery issues.
